With deep roots in the construction industry, Brandi Monroy brings a lifetime of experience, insight, and passion to her role as Executive Director of the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona. Growing up in a family immersed in construction, Brandi developed a natural understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities, knowledge that now drives her commitment to supporting subcontractors, specialty trades, and suppliers across the state.

Since joining ASA of Arizona in 2023, Brandi has developed a strong grasp of the Association’s membership, education programs, and the vital role ASA plays in empowering the construction community. Her hands-on approach and deep connection to members have allowed her to strengthen engagement, enhance class offerings, and ensure the Association continues to meet the evolving needs of its network.

Brandi is a firm believer in the power of collaboration and connection.
