ASA of Arizona’s GC Partners Program, known as Partners in Construction (PIC), is one of the most impactful components of our association. Our PICs are not only leaders in the industry but also instrumental in supporting education and every facet of what ASA of Arizona provides to its members.
Each Partner in Construction is carefully vetted by our Board of Directors to ensure that they align with ASA’s mission and meet subcontractors where they are. Every PIC brings something unique to the table, offering different insights, resources, and perspectives that strengthen the association as a whole.
Our PICs follow a charter created by the founding PIC members, which outlines their roles and establishes a clear framework for how they contribute value to ASA of Arizona. This ensures that subcontractors gain direct access to general contractors who are committed to transparency, education, and collaboration.
The relationship between subcontractors and PICs is one of true partnership: subcontractors want to meet our PICs, and PICs want to engage their subcontractors in everything they do. To foster this collaboration, the Partners in Construction Committee meets monthly to stay connected with ASA’s events, classes, and initiatives.
In addition, our PICs provide quarterly educational classes, tackling timely and pressing issues such as contracts and risk, procurement strategies, AI-related advancements, and other industry hot topics. They aren’t afraid to address the big challenges facing subcontractors, and they do so with the goal of building stronger partnerships across the industry.
At ASA of Arizona, we deeply value our Partners in Construction and the leadership they provide in helping us shape the future of subcontracting.
