Monte Hoskins brings over 15 years of experience in fleet vehicle automotive sales, where he has built a career grounded in relationship-driven service and a deep understanding of the operational needs of businesses across Arizona. Now in his third year on the Board of Directors for the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona, Monte has become a trusted and familiar presence within the organization. Monte 1^st joined ASA in 2012 and has been deeply engaged in its mission since 2023.

Beyond his professional contributions, Monte is passionate about giving back to the communities that surround the construction industry. He is heavily involved in charitable efforts ranging from homeless outreach initiatives to expanding educational opportunities for those entering the trades, reflecting his belief that a stronger industry starts with stronger communities.

As Co-Chair of the Golf Planning Committee, Monte plays a key role in organizing two of the Association's most anticipated annual events, bringing his characteristic energy and attention to detail to everything he takes on.

When he is not contributing to the ASA, Monte can be found exploring Arizona's open roads on his motorcycle, and traveling to industry events across the country.
