Jessica Monroy is the President of Concrete Cutting Co, a specialty subcontractor serving Arizona’s commercial, industrial, and municipal construction markets. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jessica has played a key role in transforming the company from an owner-operator model with one truck into a growing fleet with a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and technical expertise.

Under her leadership, Concrete Cutting Co has expanded its services in core drilling, slab and wall sawing, and selective demolition, while emphasizing operator training, safety compliance, and customer service. Jessica is committed to providing her team with industry-leading education, including OSHA, CSDA, and CPR/First Aid certifications, ensuring they are fully prepared to work safely and uphold the highest safety standards of the company and its clients.

Jessica is an active member of the Arizona Subcontractors Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors and the Build Her Up committee. She is also engaged with the Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association (CSDA), continuing to strengthen her knowledge and industry connections.

In addition to her professional role, Jessica volunteers with and supports her local FFA chapter, helping invest in future leaders. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, participating in professional and personal development opportunities, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family at their cabin in the White Mountains.
