ASA Contractor Academy Session 6: Leadership

The American Subcontractors Association of Arizona and the Alliance for Construction Excellence at Arizona State University have collaborated to develop the ASA Contractor Academy to provide top tier continuing education to enrich the Arizona construction community.

Concentration will be on developing and improving leadership styles that are effective in getting people to follow your guidance and work towards a common goal. The latest research on what works and what does not work in interpersonal relationships will be covered in detail and participants will understand their individual leadership styles and learn how to best utilize strengths and overcome weaknesses that may need improvement. Participants will learn the principles and methods of excellent leadership and how to motivate others to succeed.
