Team Building William Badger, Ph.D.
The reality that projects are built be teams not individuals will be addressed in detail and participants will learn effective methods for assembling, leading and evaluating teams. The roles of team members and effective team functions will be understood. How to recognize and work with dysfunctional teams and when and how to take effective action to correct problems and redirect team members will be stressed.
