Improving Communications Skills Janet Alberts, Ph.D.
This class is developed to address the critical importance of communicating effectively and clearly to prevent the avoidable misunderstandings common in the construction process. Participants will learn how dramatically communication can be impacted across generation and cultural lines and understand the processes of conflict resolution. The purpose of this class is to master the elements of truly effective communication and build confidence in interacting on both individual and group exchanges
